🧠 As an ex-neuroscience major, I was always driven by wanting to understand why people do the things they do. When I realized the pre-med route wasn't for me, I discovered another option that fueled my curiosity: the world of human-centered design.
🤝 In college, I joined Invention Corps at Berkeley and Cal Blueprint, two organizations dedicated to tech for social good. Through these orgs, I’ve led a design and research team for ThredUP’s mobile platform, spearheaded rebranding initiatives for 350 Bay Area, and was the sole designer for nonprofit Girls Write Now’s mobile app.
🗣 In all of these experiences, I was a constant advocate for my users, and wanted to ensure we were building a feature for the right reasons.
🐝 I was a product and brand intern for beehiiv, a B2B SaaS newsletter start-up by the first Morning Brew employees, where I pitched and spearheaded their entire rebranding. There, I discovered my interest in building products for the creator economy.
🤓 Constantly yearning for creative knowledge, I’m currently exploring web development and music technology at Hooktheory, a music AI start-up.
